High Altitude

Visiting high altitude areas like Leh and Ladakh, located above 10,000 feet, you must be prepared for the low levels of oxygen over there. Tourists who visit Ladakh or any other high altitude place are recommended one day for getting acclimatized to the heights. It is likely that you will feel dizziness, headaches, fatigue and nausea.

However, the high altitude sickness can be relieved by taking supplemental oxygen according to the doctors. It is advised that you must take your oxygen can of Oxy99 along with you whenever the wanderlust takes you to the hills. We experience high altitude sickness because our bodies do not get the required level of oxygen. There is nothing to worry as long as you have got the Oxy99 can which can breathe from whenever you feel fatigued or nauseous.

Each canister of Oxy99 contains 150 inhalations of oxygen. It is recommended that you take 4 to six inhalations at the beginning of your climb to the high altitude destination. Repeat the inhalations after certain intervals or whenever you feel fatigued. If high altitude sickness persists despite taking supplemental oxygen, you should come down and seek medical assistance.
